Driver Help Needed

I have done a clean install of Win 7 on my Dell Inspirion 1420 . All is working except under the device manager there are three items listed under Other Devices as Base Systems Device. Clicking on each of these shows
Location PCI bus 3 device 1, and function 2, 3 and 4

What drivers do I need to fix this problem?

Solved my own problem. Was able to have windows search through all the Vista drivers I had backed up and find the needed driver for each device.
