Driver verifier BSOD, usbport.sys in bluescreenview

Put on driver verifier on unsigned drivers a few weeks ago. It has crashed before due to driver verifier, but this is the first time anything has appeared in the minidump.

I always recommend that before you go changing drivers that creating a system restore point is a good option, please follow these instructions on how to create one.

I tried the installer but apparently a later version of the driver is already installed.

Can you remove the driver from the control panel and try the installer again.
If it doesn't work then you can use your restore point you should have created.
