I have been using 2 monitors side by side for quite a while now without issues, but recently I did a bunch of driver updates because for some reason run32.dll was taking up a huge percentage of my CPU. I read on another forum that this is sometimes caused by drivers failing to update.
After the update, my monitors keep switching round every time I boot, and every time I open any full screen program/game.
It isn't immediately obvious because things don't actually go from one monitor to the other, but their relative positions to each other have swapped, so if i move my mouse off the edge between the monitors, nothing happens. instead to get my cursor to the other screen, I have to move it to the outside edge.
Now I can do a temporary fix, just by going into resolution settings and dragging the display back into the correct position, but that only lasts until I open another fullscreen game or restart my computer.
You can guess this is getting pretty irritating.
Another similar, but unrelated problem I have been having for much longer, is that every time I boot the computer, or even resume from hybernate, the "enhance pointer precision" option re-enables itself in the mouse settings. Another big annoyance since I hate it being on.
Edit: it is very similar to the problem in this thread that was never solved because the poster went and got himself banned

Oh and I have tried using Nvidia's control panel to set them up instead but that doesn't even detect one of the monitors.
