Hello everyone, if you do not mind, i go straight to the point

As the title says i have a serious issue with BSoDs and freezing. First i'll go into detail about bluescreens

These ones happen whenever i play any games with my computer. They're mostly random, and i have not seen any kind of pattern or spesific times when they happen. Computer doesn't overheat (i've checked the temperatures when in game using RealTemp) and any kind of lag is not present. I got completely new GPU from warranty yet these problems still exist.

Now about freezing problem. This issue is new and came along with the new graphics card. Like the BSoDs, these also happen completely random times. Sometimes whole computer simply freezes, sometimes i am able to move mouse around after few seconds. Other things include sudden screen shut down and recovery, along with a notice "Windows Kernel driver 320.somehing has stopped working and recovered". I don't remember correctly. There is an occasion when my computer freezes for few seconds and then works almost properly. The cursor, you see, is all screwed up. I've added photos of the cursor (although they are pretty bad)

Strange thing is that BSoDs only happens in games, and freezing only happens in normal use

Any suggestions and help is welcome

Hi,

Firstly I would suggest to remove Norton Internet Security, as it is well known to cause BSOD issues:
:ar: Norton Removal Tool

As an alternative install:

Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

:ar: Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows
   Note
Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

As Vistaking pointed out there seems to be issues with your GPU drivers:

Okay, a little insight on the situation. FurMark went through perfectly, didn't even reach maximum temperature the whole half-hour time. Norton Internet Security has been removed, but nothing changed.
Unfortunately i forgot to test RAM with memtest :o, so expect results after a day

Hi,

See if this stable driver fixes the issue:

Are you able to test the graphics card in another PCIe slot or AGP?

Try updating the chipset drivers to the latest version also:

Freezing (hopefully) fixed!

Alright, update on the situation. Installing 306.23 version of the nvidia driver got completely rid of the freezing problems, or so it would seem as i haven't encountered any during few days (yays! :D). However BSoD problem still persists. For me it seems impossible to download any foxconn drivers, as the downloadpage doesn't exist?

Sorry that it took a few days, but i wanted to be sure about these results because with my previous GPU re-installing drivers helped for 4 days, but then the bsod issue came back

Hi,

Please post up a new crash dump for me to look at.

Also please ensure that you don't have Nvidia Updater running as it may update the stable driver.

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

As there is no definitive cause, I suggest you run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours or till it crashes:

:ar: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

It will make the system a bit slow and laggy.

If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
If you cannot boot in Safe mode too, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For your Foxconn chipset driver, the download is there on the link I posted,
but I uploaded the zip file to my dropbox which you can directly download :ar: here:

Chipset Driver version: 9.3.1.1021
Size: 2.87Mb
Download and run setup.

Yes NvTmru.exe is the nvidia updater, just disable it in start up:

Click on the Start button
Type msconfig, click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
Select the “Startup” tab.
Deselect the Nividia Start up program.
Apply > OK
Click the "Services" tab, click the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box, then Disable the Nividia program.
Accept then restart.

I would also suggest a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

:ar: http://carrona.org/hddiag.html

Post back any results or a new log if you experience another BSOD

Sorry for late post, but a lot has happened irl and between all the stuff i've completely forgotten about this. Now, i left Driver Verifier running for 2 days and absolutely nothing unusual happened. Chipset drivers changed nothing and i couldn't disable the Nvidia Updater, because it wasn't listed in Startup.

I also did a scan for rootkits, but none was found. Any other ideas?

Hi,

Your logs show your Nvidia Drivers are contributing to your BSOD's:
Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
Driver: [COLOR=red]nvlddmkm.sys[/COLOR]

1. Download latest :ar: Nvidia Driver
2. Goto Start> Type: Device Manager
3. Expand Display Adapters
4. Right-Click Driver Name, and Uninstall
5. Reboot your computer
6. Run Driver Sweeper
7. Reboot again
8. Install Downloaded Nividia Driver

Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.
Driver Sweeper:

Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
