Solved Easeus partition manager error

I am using the newest edition of Easeus Partition Manager Home/Free edition and I am unable to add any space to the "F:\" partition. I have been able to change all of the others around just fine, but I cannot move the unallocated space into the F partition or even move F over to the left.

Windows reboots and goes into the manager as normal before the Windows boot and I always get a message that there is an error on the disk and Easeus cannot continue. And then it just cancels the operation.

I have some knowledge in the program, but I haven't the slightest why it is claiming I have an error, or what that error could be. If anyone knows of a way to fix this, I would appreciate it.

Oh jeez, thank you for the heads up. I definitely check that program out instead.

Thank you. I guess this has been solved then.

We do not recommend Easeus for Windows 7 as we hear regularly of total data loss on resizing operations.

Do we?

I never had any trouble using Easeus.

However, there might be something about your system that doesn't play well with it.

Try a different partitioner and see if it works for you.

Yes we do, just last week we helped a person that lost the OS as well as all the data on the HDD using that S/W.

@SIW, no offence mate but you are not the average user, you are the example and that has to be taken into account. ;)

I used the bootable partition software that you recommended and it worked without a hitch. All is well, and I'll use that from now on. The last thing I want is any chance of data loss.

Just found this and need assistance please as Partition Manager was resizing my Win7 32bit laptop and now it's unbootable!
The C drive was only 10gb with a 250gb D drive both on the same disk, so I got this software and told it to redistribute the D drive space and give C 50gb. Everything went great for around 10 minutes when it said it had encountered an issue and rebooted.
Now it doesn't boot and says it can't see a hard drive!!

Any help please?
Fixmbr?
