Solved EasyBCD Removes F8 -> Advanced Boot Options

I used EasyBCD a while back because Windows 7 boot was showing two operating systems to boot into, and I was not dual booting. I deleted one of the options. I believe this was a few months ago. Yesterday, I had reason to use F8 to get into http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/666-advanced-boot-options.html and was unable to do so. I was trying to help someone with a virus issue to get permissions set back up.

Anyway, is there a method to restore the F8 option?

Right now, I have it jury-rigged to wait 5 seconds to boot (again through EasyBCD), so I am able to get to the Advanced Boot Options screen. This is not ideal, so I would appreciate any help in this.

This is why over three year's time we've settled with using Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times to write the System boot files to another partition. No other method also rewrites the hotlink to F8 from WinRe folder on C.

Mark it Active first: Partition - Mark as Active (Method Two)

Thanks Greg, that was what I actually started to do while waiting for a response. Good peace of mind to know I was doing the correct steps.
