I have just installed windows 7 on my hp compaq..... I had a hard time trying to install a antivirus (which I now have), now i cannot load any mail client on it...it gives an error about the windows installer - there is a bug on it I believe...any comments?

first of all, are you sure the copy you have is legitimate and not a fake? i'm a bit worried when you say you had a hard time installing av.

also, what is the error message you get when you try to install an email client? have you tried right-clicking on the installer and running as admin?
