Hello. I've encountered this issue once before and can't remember what the fix was. Making me crazy. It had plagued me for months!
When I attach a perfect photo to an email what the recipient receives is a desaturated, dark, terrible looking version of it. If I open the email with my cell phone, the image looks dark and colorless. However, if I open the email from my PC with Windows Photo Viewer, the Default program, it looks perfect, but if I then click the slideshow button within Windows Photo Viewer, the image changes to dark and crappy.
Also, If I use the HP Photo Viewer to open the image it is dark and crappy.
I've tried changing the default profile to sRGB IEC61966-2.1, as I've seen recommended in another post with same symptom of photo viewer changing, though they had mentioned nothing about the email issues.
