Energy Report, USB's still not working, shows up interesting things!

My USB Ports still don't seem to be working, as to my previous post.
Out of the blue, i tried the 'powercfg /energy' command in Command Prompt.
I have attached the file (had to be in zip as the output from the command was in a .html which wouldn't upload onto here!
Does the 'Port Path' not suggest anything :S on all the examples, there is a number in here. Could this be the reason? If so how do i fix it?! I have completely rebuilt my computer so it can't be that!! :S PLEASE HELP!!!

Just in passing you might want to put your system specs in so the people that may be able to help will know what hardware they are dealing with.
