Solved error code 0X80070002 when running windows 7 back up ?

hi there, i have a Toshiba qosmio G50, windows 7 64 bit laptop. my back up is set to automatically back up once a week but when it finishes it tells me it did not complete successfully and the error code with this is 0x80070002. a few months back it was running ok when i had the 32 bit OS running, but i have since changed to a 64 bit OS and has not worked since ? i have my back ups sent to my HDD2 (D DRIVE). i,m not the greatest computer expert in the world but it seems like its all messed up somehow... any help would be appreciated ... cheers .

i just followed the steps in which i opened command prompt as admin. and typed the mountvol /r mountvol /e and i got this ?????
