Several Programs have given me this pictured message. Clicking on .exe icon or shortcut or created file in a particular application causes this message to appear. I can open the program by right clicking the .exe icon in Programs Folder and selecting Troubleshoot Compatibility but the most recent option it gives me in the listing is Windows XP and I've been in Win 7 for over a year! This just started happening after the Updates of 11/11/15, so I'm wondering if something became corrupted because of those. Publisher 2010, Team Viewer, Quark have all been victims of this. I basically cannot open these applications by clicking on an already-created file with the correct extension icon. I am told it "stopped working."
