Error: "Program too big to fit in memory"

Hi, everytime i want to change the time/date of my computer, or try to check my PC properties or try to open the sound options a quick message appears saying "Program too big to fit in memory". I dont know if there are other locations in my PC where this happens. Please, i need some help.

How much ram, available ram, & free hard drive space do you have?
task manager, performance tab for ram and used ram
Computer for HDD size and used HDD space
