[1] Have you tried running troubleshooting?
[2] Have you tried clicking the Orange network icon and connecting to your network?
[3] Is there a switch somewhere on the laptop to turn the network on and off?
[4] Is there a key [F] on the laptop to turn the network on and off?

[1] The wireless switch on a Dell Latitude is located on the right-side of the laptop, next to the audio connectors, universal serial bus port or infrared sensor.
[2] Turn the switch to the On position.
