I have Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit on a Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop. I recently went to espn.com and was told my browser was out of date and that is why my version of espn was a "basic version". I could not enjoy the new updated espn. I was instructed to download a 2nd browser to use for actual browsing. Firefox and Chrome were on the list. It also said my browser was "unsupported". I did change to Chrome but it was still the same so I reinstalled IE11. Please help.

Chrome and IE11 both work fine for me on espn.com. Were you signed in? I did not sign in to test.

Do you have a specific part of espn's website that shows this need to update browser? Or, do you get that message while visiting the main page? Please post a screenshot using these instructions - be sure to read to the end of that post for a link to a tutorial on uploading images to this forum.

This is what I see while using IE11:

Maybe the website had a temporary problem.
