When I right click on file or even a folder and click on properties, it takes around 8-15 seconds to load it. This sometimes doesn´t happen, mostly when I use a computer for a while. I have a geniune version of Widnows and no viruses at all.

Hello and welcome gainerius ok mate first up I would try these in safe mode if you haven't already

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2

if no go then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans

- Remenber no AV is infallible and you will be surprised at what rubbish is hiding in the machine

I would even suggest you use this too as most members do CCleaner - Free Download - Piriform

CCLEANER
You can use CCleaner to clean the rubbish off the machine Piriform - 404 see this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/306648-ccleaner-delete-junk-files.html*
just be aware that when you run the Analyse go to Options > cookies and save to the right hand list the cookies that are used for sites you have passwords for or else you will be forever having to login again.
Another way to clean rubbish is to go to Computer > C: drive > Properties > disk clean > that will then run and give you an option of further cleaning up http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/818-disk-cleanup-open-use.html

Hi,
thank you for your response, but...
I tried all your proposed options and none of them worked for me. Usually I really take care about new instalations and my antivirus/anitmallware(smart security) is also doing the job pretty well, I think.
-I tried SFC with no result, but at the end there was a message, that there are some files, that are corruptet, but the programme was not able to fix them.
-CC cleaner, Malwarebytes, AdwCleaner, Superantispyware didn´t work as well, they found some corrupted files, but nothing important.
-I runned the diskcheck as well with no result.

I would also like to add, that I had some issues with wuauserv service (windows update). It consumed 100% load of one thread and around 250 MB of memory. I menaged to delete WU agent KB3102810 and then succeeded to install some new updates. It solved the problem for now and my system is up to date. Before that I was trying to disable some functions of WU because of annoying W10 offers, so perhaps there was the problem. But I don´t see any connection with properties of files loading for so long.
