Finding History of MBR TO GTP conversion Will a UEFI change my disk ?

Somehow I believe my Disk was converted to GTP without my knowledge ? Maybe.
I believe i set my gigabyte motherboard up to be normal with MBR with no fancy stuff no UEFI
Is their A way to find out if my disk was converted at some point. ? Will a BIOS that is UEFI like what is on my Gigabyte Gaming machine GA-Z170X take liberties and convert my MBR to gtp and start using
that windows boot manager without my knowledge > ? it seams to me this has occurred

Can you post a screenshot of the Disk Management please => Click Start => right-click Computer => click Manage => click Disk Management.
