Finding LOG on my HD each day. What is its purpose?

I'm finding this type of text file on my HD each time I use my laptop with Windows 7. Is this a log of some program communicating with its home office? Windows or Firefox or other program? I'm just hoping I haven't picked up some sort of malware spy program.

Could you post the full path of the file this entry is in?

It's just sitting there on it's own, beneath the Program Files, Windows and Users folders.

It seems to indicate something is being sent (to whom I don't know) and received. Each time I use my laptop I get one of these.

If that fails, I'll see about writing up some steps for using Process Monitor to find the culprit.
