I have a shortcut in the Firefox bookmarks bar that has been working w/o problem. Until today. Now when I click on it I get this displayed:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>403 Not allowed.</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Error 403 Not allowed.</h1>
<p>Not allowed.</p>
<p>Trace-id: 2659389d-9d69-4389-9d08-ed182dd6c727</p>
</body>
</html>

The Firefox release has not been updated today, as best I can tell. The website is good as I can access it using Avast-Chrome.
Firefox release: 115.27.0esr - it says it is up-to-date.
Anyone have any idea what it's displaying and why?

A 403 Forbidden error indicates that the server received your request but is refusing to grant access because you don't have the necessary permissions, often due to file permission settings, IP restrictions, or misconfiguration on the website's end. To fix it, try common user-side solutions like clearing your browser's cache and cookies, checking for VPN interference, refreshing the page, or trying a different browser or device. If these don't work, the issue is likely server-side, and the website administrator needs to adjust file permissions, security settings, or other configurations.

Thank you samuria for your post. I did try with Avast-Chrome and it worked. And today it is working with Firefox also. I didn't change anything so it must have been some problem on the website's end that they knowingly or unknowingly corrected.
