firefox phobos attack

so i got phobos on my comp. i try opening firefox but it says "cant load xpcom" and wont open. is there anyway to extract my bookmarks/ad block settings/passwords/etc.... or restore/refresh firefox without losing my settings. the firefox folder is pretty much taken over by the "[email protected]". funny thing is i never saw a ransom note. check my comp for encryption, info.dat, and those other files and even used a program to search for ransom notes. i used about 7 malware progs to delele as much malware as possible and have avast ransomware protection.

ive also tried shadow copy but the dates dont go back before the attack
wndows previous versions but there are no previous versions
system restore doesnt go back that far

Welcome to the forum. Is all the profile folder effected as mozbackup can backup and restore some Ransome ware doesn't do all files
