Moneybagman you have done some serious shopping. Very good choices. I'm also a Corsair fan. I do believe a Corsair H100 should fit in that case with ease. It will also free up the space on and around the motherboard.
Corsair Hydro Series CPU Coolers
If you do want or need extra fans I would recommend Noctua. Your 650d 200mm case fans should be very quiet and move air well. I have found that the Corsair 120/140 fans are a bit loud. The 120 fans with the cooler are also loud. Better than the older Corsair fans but not as good as the Noctua fans. A SSD would be very nice with your system.
