forgotten password

My grandson decided to use his computer again and has forgotten the password .
The computer is a Dell latitude and the password has locked up EVERYTHING .
I can get into the Bios but everything there is locked up too.
DVD , USB are all locked up .
With a certain series of clicks I can get a ? program that asks for a password bypass file in a USB mem stick .
I bought a file called win password cure but the file that produced dosnt work .
If anyone has a password bypass file or knows how to fix this I would be very very pleased to hear from them .

Alternatively you could try a rescue disk with password reset tools, there is a very good one over at tenforums (it doesn't matter it's based on windows 10) that you could copy to a USB stick with rufus, then boot the PC from the USB stick and reset the password from the password tools on the rescue disk desktop.

I used the Opchrack to reset my windows 10 password, but it keeps saying "not table found", any help?

- Bios password?
