Format Hard Drive

OK, let's try something else!

Download this 32 bit ISO file => 17514x86.iso.

[1] Burn it to a DVD and then boot from it.
[2] Open an elevated command prompt.
[3] Then follow my instructions in post #15 from number [04], or, go into Disk Management and format the disk from there. In the search box type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter. Right-click the disk and format it as NTFS.

You could also format the HDD using AOMEI Partition Assistant which I think is also included in the ISO.
