I did a fresh install yesterday on my new HDD and without installing any driver (all drivers are installed by windows itself and update them automatically). It still crashed with stop code 0x10000007e and first argument was 0xC0000005 which points to memory-violation I think.
So now I installed only 4GB of RAM (2 x 2GB) and will check system today for crash. So definitely its not storage or mcafee.
Will give you update soon.
Thanks

Yes you are right, I again got BSOD even with 2 RAM modules only. This time its old one: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and STOP CODE 0x3B.
Seems like my motherboard has some issues but I just want your suggestion: Is this can be related to Graphics Card ? I never saw any graphics driver or graphics related BSOD.
Waiting for your reply.
Thanks.

I would think if video was involved you would be experiencing signs such as artifacts or video loss/distortion. I doubt its video but you never know. I would start with the motherboard and see if that fixes the problem
I returned my board to Amazon.co.uk and now bought GA-990FXA-UD3 which is good so far and now crashes. Hence the problem was my motherboard as I am using all other components without issues on new board (full 8GB RAM with correct timings).
Thanks for help mgorman87
