Hello again Jessie. Is this the same computer? If so, it seems like you have a lot of problems with it. You had 2 recent dump files. Both said the same thing

Please remove Bit Defender and then run this removal utility Uninstall Bitdefender Then please install Microsoft Security Essentials (Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows)
