GPU upgrade for dell optiplex 360?

Any possible recommendations from amazon?
Even a low end DX11 GPU (doesnt need DX12)
openGL 4.0 GPU possibly around 25$ or less?

I have 3.3Ghz dual core CPU in it and 2GB ram windows 7 ultimate 64-bit

I was looking for a GPU that would balance the computer more (its using built-in GMA G31/G33 graphics right now)

Is there one thats reasonably priced that can balance out the graphics power of the computer? The CPU is fast enough to run a playstation2 emulator at full speed in software mode (with frame skipping)
but the IGP just isnt cutting it. and even a mild Intel HD Graphics can do 60FPS in hardware mode with a slower CPU
(thats the problem. the CPU is slower. so i'd only get 60FPS looking at the floor or sky) then the GPU usage drops and the framerate also drops.

It would most likely be GT series maybe 1gb older asus GT640 which when new was about 80.us

Of which I do have 2 GT series
1) asus GT610 never used
1) asus GT640 used for about a year.

darn.. looks nice but even low profile is over 25$.
office max used to sell GPU's but not anymore so i cant just go into town for a cheap one D:

also if you can see if theres one with a low profile bracket (with VGA for my monitor. only have a VGA and DVI input)

Hmm it seems very close but the price is still high. may not be able to afford it. i read some concerns in the reviews about VGA cable not being long enough and some concerns of no low profile bracket at all.

And we don't have a way to buy off ebay at all for the moment. so I'm looking at amazon and similar places.

My onboard graphics > crysis > 20-30FPS on bare minimum settings and resolution
and it doesnt support past pixel and vertex 2.0 (some things are in software mode)

The GPU i showed. reviewers have said crysis > max settings at 60FPS 1440x900

is it really as bad as integrated graphics?

Besides that is not a low profile card so it may not fit in your case.

As far as the 350w recommended psu
I've used one on a 220w psu without any problem but you do have to be a little conservative on just how much stuff you have running while gaming = pretty much the game and that's it
Not the game and 2-3-4-5... other open tabs or other programs..

The computer in my specs isnt the one i'm going to put the GPU in though.. since
I was thinking of getting one for the Dell Optiplex 360 that i have in the other room. thinking it may beat my current computer with a better GPU
(CPU is way faster than in my acer computer.. twice as fast single core performance and faster overall multi-core performance as well)
With a low profile bracket (have one with me already just in case)

The power supply is 240W which has a self-boosting current feature that temporarily gives a 15W boost when necessary) which I thought was odd but interesting.

I used to have an AMD DIAMOND radeon HD 6450 that had a 300W or so power requirement ran just fine in a 220W PSU till the circuits got bricked from a thunderstorm.

new post. I have a way to buy one online now.. but I need really cheap like candy-bar cheap.. as cheap as can be but still worth it.

Is there any 29$ or under that'd at least give the computer the ability to watch 1080p60FPS video on youtube? even a reasonable DX10 GPU is fine as long as it has comparable openGL support.. Nvidia or AMD.. either one is fine.

There is no sense wasting $29 on a GPU, it will be no better then on board graphics and possibly worse.

I have no video acceleration with onboard graphics. Is there even a cheap one that has video acceleration. I'd be happy even then.
