I would go with the 550. It's a very good card and slightly better than the other 2. Also works very well in sli.

I'd go with the GTX 550 ti because the only advantage the GTX 650 has on it is that it has about double the CUDA cores and it is slightly cheaper. If you were to go for a graphics card you didn't list, I'd say Radeon 6870. It out preforms all the graphics cards you listed and only costs marginally more.

thats not true GTX650 has around same performance as 550ti but uses much less energy its TDP is only 64W, and 550ti 116W.. (as GTX650 is fairly new there may be some performance increase with driver optimizations) if you like to go with nvidia maybe you should wait for GTX650ti version (release date is sometime next month i think).

but radeon HD7770 in most cases is faster than 550ti and 650 you decide.

HD7770 all the way if you can throw a little more money otherwise go for GTX 650 coz 550ti is previous series now :p

changed my card from GTS450 to GTX650 im happy that my pc now uses around 20 W less on desktop and 50W less game load. and its more silent and better cooled.

if I have to choose between 550ti and 650 I would go for 650.. you will lose like 5% performance but use around 50% less energy.
kepler architecture uses new 28 nm chip that is far more energy efficient than old fermi chips 40nm.
