I've come across an issue that is causing some problems.
I was given a hard drive by a friend of mine to put into a new build I was making for him.
Initially, the hard drive worked, but then it wouldn't boot up Windows properly (BSOD at start up), and now it won't come up at all. The hard drive is now making sounds as if it's attempting to start and then I hear a faint buzz repeatedly.
My PC faintly recognizes it's there, but only in certain programs.
I'm assuming it's not dead, just something isn't right as rain with it.
Any suggestions on fixing this?
