Does anyone still use or has used Windows Movie Maker which originally came with Win 7 ?

According to the first link below you should click on the orange coloured "Save Movie", but in the one I downloaded from the top link it's greyed out which presumably means it's longer available ? Yet Windows in the second link are saying it's still available or am I missing something ?

Thanks for any help...
