Having trouble installing a copy of windows 7 on a Gateway w350a/T1625

Hello all. I've been having trouble installing Windows 7 32 bit on this laptop. After I do a clean Install and the computer restarts, I get this error: please insert a disk into drive device harddisk2 dr2. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you clean the HD Drive first?
