HD epg no data UK

I'm new so be gentle
I run Win7 Enterprise 64, intel 2500k, 16 gig ram, Blackgold 3620 tv card.

All seems fine except that there is no epg for the hd channels, "no data for channel" I think thats what it says.

Any ideas

Have you tried rescanning the channels, in the same way as you had to when your area became fully digital for your TV? Sometimes you have to switch to one of the channels where the info is missing in order for it to appear.
