HDD Test Error

During boot time HDD test I found following error which is
"Hard disk 1 quick " (303)
"Hard disk 1 full " (305)
"Hard disk 1 Smart " (301)
I am not able to install any window .
what's the mean of above symptoms.

The laptop model is HP pavilion g series G4 - 1305AU.

Hey!

I'm afraid @maxie is right. So that you can understand it better, the Smart error 301 and the two short and long Disk Self Test errors - 303 and 305, mean that the HDD is failing and needs to be replaced.

The limited operations you can do with that drive are probably also very slow?

I would suggest you checking in your HDD's manufacturer's web site for the RMA procedure.

How I can proceed with RMA procedure . I am attaching a snapshot of HDD manufacturer .please give me a web link for that tool.

Of course, avinashrawat,

your hard drive is a Toshiba. At this link you should be able to check your warranty status for the Toshiba HDD:

Now, the drive seems old, so it may not be eligible for RMA, please keep that in mind.
But on their site the countries, described under Warranty Support are USA, Canada, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Chile:

In the case you're not sure about your RMA, if it is even possible, you can contact Toshiba on their contacts in India, just click on the red-white envelope icon to the right where it says "Contact us":
