Help About TP- link Connection

Hi all,
I have a tp link device w7210, And dell laptop inspiron notebook 3420 , but there is issue with my laptop
The problem is that my device is not connected with tp link and other laptops are connected with this tp link ,
My laptop connecting with other wifi modems but not connect with this TP link.
I also installed fresh version of windows 7 but not succeed.
SO PLEASE HELP ME THAT WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AND WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

Try disconnecting one device then connecting your laptop. If that works, your TP-Link's client IP pool size might be set too low and needs to be changed.
