That may make troubleshooting a little more difficult.
Try following
- Uninstall the display driver from the device manager
- Reboot your system
- See if the problem occurs
When uninstalling a device from device manager, Windows will reinstall the drivers when rebooting.
I uninstalled the display driver from the device manager (in safe mode).
Later, I reboot the system normally (no safe mode). No BSOD occurred. Windows update automatically searched for driver for display card and found and installed it.
Later reboot the system (for make changes effective) but a BSOD took place again.
Sorry for my late answer but there was Easter and I was out.
