Help horrible virus

I cant open task manager it has a bunch of things trying to install i know there all fake and fake secuirty programs running help please im scared and dont know what to do ive removed all i could im on windows 7

Do you have an AV scanner installed and a malware/spyware detection tool installed? If not, try out

MSE: Microsoft Security Essentials
Malwarebytes.org.

Try those out and see if you cannot clean some stuff up.

Burn it into a CD, boot from it and start scanning, hopefully it would remove it.

Out of curiosity, is your OS on this computer legit? Some of the hacked copies can have sneaky stuff baked right into them..so if you are using one of those..you might want to reconsider.

Calm down !
now, what is the name of those fake security programs?

You can also try this. Boot into your safe mode. Press F8 during the bootup right after bios. From there, you should be able to at least go to your system configuration "msconfig" in start menu, and prevent those programs from starting.

Try running Malwarebytes in safe mode too. What antivirus app were you running? And what did you download?

Can you tell us some of the Fake stuff you are seeing ?
