I accidently removed Internet Explorer and am having a hard time getting it back, I think I removed it in services. I was just trying to disable it. I tried to download another one from the internet but none of them work with 7.
is there a way to reinstall it using the upgrade disk? if so then how? Remember I am not real good at computers

You can't remove Internet Explorer in Services.msc but you can disable it in Programs and Features (which is in Control Panel) by clicking on Turn Windows Features On Or Off... ;)

Its not gone we will get it back. First type turn windows features on and off in search. When there just make sure the box for IE is checked.

Now that you have 3 answers at the same time, allow me to add something else. You thought that you had lost IE and were not happy. In the future, things like that could actually happen unless you prepare, now. Make a system image (its included in 7). Put it on a External Hard Drive and put it away. Once a month update it, and if you every have a problem like this again, you can just restore. If you do that my wish for you will come true, Have a Happy New Year.

System Image is great, you can copy your c drive to an external and you will have it in case of problems. Just go to control panel, back up and restore, click on it and on the left you will see system image. After that just follow directions. Any problem just come back and we will help.
Make the copy to an external, not your hard drive. If your hard drive crashes, you would lose your copy.
