Can you give us some more information to work with? What were you doing when this happened? Was it a system lockup, or a BSOD? If it was a BSOD, can you upload the .dmp file for further analysis?

It's the BSOD. It started to happen in June 2009. I did a system recovery on Oct. 19 and it seemed to have worked, but then it happened on Oct. 26. Then again last night.
I've been trying to upload, but don't know how. I can't open it either. I tried the windows debugger but its says: You don't have permission to open this file. Contact the file owner or an administrator to obtain permission. Ugggghhh....don't really know what to do anymore, I know squat about computers. making my brain spin around.

Both crashes are the very similar. Update this NIC driver and that should do the trick:
