Help plz: Webcam of Lenovo Y450 4189

I have bought a new lenovo Y450 4189 laptop and windows 7 professional x86. Howerver, i can't use the webcam. I downloaded driver in lenovo homepage for windows 7, but it doesn't work.
Anyone have the same problem. Help me!

try installing the driver but for vista 32bit.
i had similar problem but with VGA, i couldnt find the windows 7 driver so i tried the vista32bit driver and it worked.
