ok so i need to overclock my pci in my laptop. currently my eGPU is running at pci 1.1 x1 speeds, and there is no possible way to achieve x2 speeds or anything else. so to be able to play call of duty well, i need to overclock. i have a dell studio 1458 with intel series 5 chipset. i cant do it in bios because it wont let me, so i need help as for as what programs can do it etc......

Google is not friendly on that like you said, Maybe you can try clockgen. I looked that will need your PLL too. You might have to visually check your motherboard to get it.
