Hibernating but opening a file on resume?

Hi, I hope this is the place to post this. If not please let me know. I have a checklist that I need to check before I can use my laptop. I came up with the idea last night. This morning I made an HTML page with the checklist and a background and embedded song. My question is:
Can I add this file to the Startup folder, and will it start after I resume? I hibernate by computer because it is easier, so will it open even from hibernating?

AFAIK, the built in task Scheduler in windows doesnt have an option to trigger an event upon resume from hibernation. You could get a developer to code a script for you. You can also take a look at two small apps- Hibernate Trigger and AutoIT which may be able to do the needful for you.

Hibernate Trigger

run program on wake from standby? - AutoIt Forums
