How can I disable WMC starting on a remote login in Windows 7?

Greetings,

My HTPC was on a machine with Windows 7 Enterprise with Media Center that was working fine with the concurrent logins hack. I could remotely log into it from another machine as another user (using Remote Desktop Connection), and the main user that was used for WMC was not interrupted or logged out.

I recently moved this to a faster machine (built the same way as the original, except for the hardware). When I remotely log into the new machine as another user, if someone presses the "Menu" (Green) button on the WMC Remote, it not only displays the Main Menu of WMC on the TV, but it starts WMC on my remote session as well.

Both users (the main WMC user for the TV, and the user that I use for the remote login) are administrators on this machine.

Is there a way to disable WMC for remote connections?

Thanks!
- Bob

UPDATE: My old machine was Win7 Enterprise 32-bit. My new machine is Win7 Enterprise 64-bit. Could this be the issue?

This is a common issue with the settings of Media Center
Go to Settings in Media Center
General
Startup and Windows Behaviour
Uncheck keep Windows Media Center On Top
Uncheck Start Windows Media Center when Windows Starts
You MUST SAVE before exiting.

I can try your suggestion, but I'm not sure it will solve the issue.

Perhaps I didn't make the issue clear enough.

I have concurrent logons enabled on this PC to allow me to remote connect to it to do other tasks while a user watching TV in a different session is unaffected.

For example:
- User name watching TV with WMC full-screen and WMC on top and starts when Windows starts is: WATCHTV
- User name that I use to remotely connect is: REMOTEUSER (when I log into REMOTEUSER, WMC does not start up, as expected)

I can remotely connect to the HTPC as REMOTEUSER without logging out the WATCHTV user.

However, when the WATCHTV user presses the Menu button (Green button) on the remote, it not only goes to the menu on WATCHTV's session, but it also starts WMC on REMOTEUSER's session.

I don't WMC to start at all on REMOTEUSER's session.
