How do Best buy and Futureshop reinstall os's

I am just curious on how either best buy and futureshop go about reinstalling windows do they use on disc and a sort of license they have to purchase through microsoft I am just asking this because I am starting my own computer repair shop and I don't think that they would be opening up 100's of win7 or whatever os they need to reinstall windows and use a product key any help is appreicated

Most apply an image.

You can do this yourself after achieving a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

ok thanks now if I use this .ISO files can a Certificate of Authenticity number that is on the pc be used again without a problem there has been times that I've used the COA on from the side of the pc again and I was getting this is not genuine.

Make sure you stick with the steps in the tutorial and you'll be fine.

There is no way you do not own that exact version of the OS for the life of the PC, and it will get activated one way or another as described in the tutorial.
