How do i fix Cannot repair member file [l:22{11}]"mscoree.dll"

So about a week ago i have this problem saying "C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\MSCOREE.DLL is either not designed to run or it contain error." and then after many hours try to fix this i stumble this sfc thingy but i still dont understand how to fix this please help thank you.

Running sfc /scannow a couple times should correct/replace the corrupt Dynamic Link Library file.
If it doesn't download System Update Readiness Tool and place it on your desktop
Download View attachment Windows.zip, extract/unzip it to your desktop
Run System Update Readiness Tool
When it finishes, post CheckSUR.log located at: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

Running sfc /scannow a couple times should correct/replace the corrupt Dynamic Link Library file.
If it doesn't download System Update Readiness Tool and place it on your desktop
Download View attachment 405074, extract/unzip it to your desktop
Run System Update Readiness Tool
When it finishes, post CheckSUR.log located at: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

Thank you very much for the reply and i already follow instruction to run the sfc for dozens time but still got the error, and after running the system update readiness this is what i got

Usually 2 or three times with sfc /scannow is enough. It, quite often actually, cannot repair/replace everything unfortunately.

Thanks for the log, SURT corrected numerous issues, if you peruse the log, you will see (f) and right below that line you will see (fix)
The CheckSUR.log is missing the last portion, that lists the files or registry entries that were not repaired or replaced.

Above is last portion of CheckSUR.log you provided, after that there should be 5 files listed, per bold text.

Missing DLLs.zip
Download SFCFix.exe (by Niemiro), save to your Desktop and run it.
Post log that appears on your desktop when it completes.

Drag and Drop SFCFix.zip onto SFCFix.
Post log please, it should appear on your desktop.
Run SURT Tool again please.
Post CheckSUR.log please

No problem we all have things to do every day!
Files didn't get copied to C:\Windows\Temp
We'll try a different method.

  1. Please download CheckSUR.zip and extract contents to desktop
  2. Right-click the file winSxs_To_Temp_CheckSUR choose Run as Administrator
  3. run SURT Tool again and post CheckSUR.log located at: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
