Solved How do I fix missing mum/cat files for Checksur

Hi, I have been spending some days to fix Windows Update error, and are nearly complete, but I can't get hold of the following files.

my system is windows 7 professional x64

and CheckSUR.log is here

I deleted some registry of servicing because "turn windows feature on or off is blank" for install IIS.

I was delete this in regedit.

Now, I can start windows update services and turn on or off windows feature isn't blank anymore
But It stuck at 0 of 0. :confused:
Could anyone help me to fix this error?

You have 900+ corrupt or missing files. We'll try to automatically install/replace the ones that are on your win7 DVD

Download SFCFix.exe by Niemiro & save to desktop. Insert DVD. run SFCFix follow instructions. post log that opens and saved on your desktop when SFCFix completes.

I'd also recommend you run antivirus antimalware & rootkit tools, due to the extensive file damage. You may be INFECTED.

List of excellent scanners, for virus, rootkit, adware, nagware, pups, (free) I like free!

Malwarebytes

ADWCleaner

SuperAntiSpyware

HitmanPro choose x64 version

Rootkit Tools

TDSS Killer

Run all of them in their default settings, delete everything they find & post your results.

At this point I would recommend Repair Install.
You will need your 25 character windows product key. If you don't have it, download and run attached. You can click on the popup & press CTRL + c it will be on your clipboard. you can then paste it into notepad, wordpad, or word.
It preserves all your files, folder, music, pictures, installed programs, etc. just replaced windows. I have detailed instruction with videos I can post.

I just delete the log file yesterday sorry.
but they say no thread.

found and deleted by superantispyware of 712 spyware cookies,
I cant find how to export log file but the other is here.

and log file after I used SFCFix.exe, them said still 20 error can't fix.

Should I run CheckSUR again?

Yes, run SURT & SFCFix.exe again & post logs please.

Well, we're down to a few files

Download attached & extract to desktop

navigate to: C:\Windows\temp\CheckSUR

If CheckSUR folder doesn't exist create it.

Copy & paste manifests folder in CheckSUR folder

Run SURT again. SURT log should show all manifests are (fix)ed

Post CheckSUR.log again please.
