I bought a copy of Adobe Acrobat X Pro a couple months ago and everything was fine until yesterday that I wanted to open it because I needed to scan a few documents but, it didn't open. I restarted my computer and tried opening the program, nothing happened. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks!

What was the error message you got when you try to run Acrobat X?

The probable causes for the program not to open could be

1. The program got corrupted somehow. You can try to repair or reinstall it again with the media.

2. Could be one of the update from Adobe has not completely installed. Try the above solution and try to update again later.

3. Your OS could be giving some problems, Try SFC/ SCANNOW from an elevated command prompt.

If you need this program badly, you can try some freeware PDF creators for the time being till the issue with Acrobat X is resolved.
