I upgraded to Windows 7 a week ago and IE8 and have been having problems with all of my web browsers every since. None of them will open up Yajhoo! Mail in the new format and also won't let me open up some emails. I tried to uninstall IE8 to go back to IE7, but IE does not show up in my Programs File.

Any suggestions?

Hi, Windows 7 comes with IE 8 by default. You cannot uninstall IE 8. However, you can completely disable IE8(its as good as uninstalling it.)
Go to Control Panel:ar:Programs:ar:Turn Windows feature On and Off.
Now uncheck IE8.
Click Ok. Restart your pc.

You can try other browsers like Apple Safari, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

If you are serious of removing IE8 then go into "Programs and Features," then click on "Turn Windows Features on or off," from there go to the IE8 box, and click to remove the check mark. Now just close out of the "Programs and Features," and follow any screen prompts.

You will not be able to use IE7 in Win 7. I have already disabled IE8 and gone to only using Firefox without any problems for about three months now.
