how to create a bootable iso image

i tried many tools and nothing about nero mm too laaarge , i want to copy from CD or from Desktop this files, make them iso and then bootable on my USB

I haven't tried PowerISO yet. I have it installed. It says it supports creating boot USB drives. For the next 3 days you can get the full version free from this link:
