How to create a portable app?

Hello!
Anybody know how to create any program as a portable. Camyo is good one but i want create portable apps like normal way.

Internet Speed: Download Speed-512Kbps, Upload Speed-128Kbps (ADSL wired)

A lot of portable apps I have seen were created with Thininstall

But you could give this a try: a way to do it via WinRAR
