how to do factory reset in acer aspire one d270 netbook..

i have recently purchased acer netbook d270..and for changing desktop background i have done several registry change...due to which my netbook starts slowing and sometimes crash..i cant undo my registry change..as i dont know how..but the problem is now i don't want to undo the registry...i want to do factory reset..it doesn't have any erecovery management neither alt + f10 at startup shows option for factory reset...plz help...

hello..restart ur pc and during starting press alt+f10..
this will redirect u to the recovery partition..from there u can choose to restore c:drive completely.

thanks tanwar for your reply but dear problem only exists here...when i restart my netbook and press alt + f10 no option is coming for factory reseting or any other related ...

Use System Restore to before you messed up your PC by making unnecessary REgistry changes. The settings to change Desktop background are at Control Panel>Personalize.

If this fails: Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load.

You should have made Recovery disks when you set up your PC. If not you can order them from Acer Support: Acer Store

But most tech enthusiasts don't run the bloated Factory preinstall anyway, instead choosing to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
