how to format and reinstall if ?

Hello , i got a problem i thought maybe u can solve. So , my pc started to crash and programs stoped working and then later on i cant even turn on windows its just black screen.. i just want to format my hard and reinstall windows but when i put the disc in and press any key it gets me "repair startup" or start normaly .. the rapair takes ages and doesnt fix anything. so how to enter the install and format menu ?

You need to have the Product Key to reactivate the new installation. There is a sticker on your PC which has it. It should look like this ==

Go to this link Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River and download this file if your system is 64 bit
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 U (media refresh)
latest and greatest X17-58997.iso

Or this one if you have a 32 bit system

Windows 7 Home Premium x86 SP1 U (media refresh)
latest and greatestX17-58996.iso

Burn to a DVD and install according to this tutorial Clean Install Windows 7

Everything you need is here to Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

The installer is not booting. I would try another ISO burning to disk or stick with tool provided in tutorial.

During booted install delete all partitions to create new as suggested.
