How to make multiple manager heirachy chart with Smartart

Howdy,

The chart I am trying to do through through inserting smartart has 3 levels. 5 managers, 1 assistant, 1 secretary.
It seems it prefers a pyramid structure the right way up. How I would go about doing this?
